International Civil Society Event Was held in Dubai, Mr. Mohammad Asef Rahimy Head of Foreign Relations of Afghanistan NTCC was participated on behalf of all civil society of Afghanistan. 

Regarding the situation of civil society, especially the achievements, challenges, as well as specific proposals to improve the situation of civil society and the defence of human rights in Afghanistan were presented by the representative of this organization.
