In order to grow minorities, Afghanistan NTCC convened councils across the Hazara Sunnis. The council was attended by intellectuals and youth, both men and women, from across Afghanistan, and discussed how the government of men and rulers should have their voices heard, act on it, and secure their rights. This council considers the support of the oppressed minority and nation of Afghanistan as a goal and presents various programs to it.
